Spectrem® 3 is a single-component, low-modulus, construction grade sealant with advanced silicone technology that is non-staining and low polar. Its patented silicone chemistry has been specifically formulated to seal porous stone, EIFS, metal panels, masonry and pre-cast concrete joints.
